Do we need new sensors before AI delivers anything?

No. Many use cases use data you already have: ERP orders, quality data, shift logs, controller data. New sensors only pay off when a specific use case requires them.

How quickly will we see results?

We start with a clearly scoped pilot on one line or in one process. That produces a reliable result early, before you roll out more widely.

What happens to our production data?

It stays under your control. We implement solutions on premise or in GDPR-compliant data centres and regulate access through a clean role concept.

Does AI replace our planners and setters?

Is there funding for digitalisation in manufacturing?
