Conversational features on your own data — with guardrails and traceable sources.
focus area · apps, tools, saas products
A product idea can only be evaluated once real users work with it. A minimum viable product brings the idea into a usable form in a short time: focused on the core, technically clean enough to build on, with AI features where they make a difference. We develop MVPs for internal tools, customer-facing apps and SaaS products — and accompany the path that follows.
An MVP is the smallest version of a product that lets you test the central assumption: does it solve the problem, and are users willing to use it or pay for it? It is not a prototype for the drawer and not a finished product. It is a tool for learning with little effort.
The art lies in leaving things out. We help separate the core from nice-to-haves before the first line of code is written.
Language models, document processing and forecasts open up product features that were not feasible a few years ago. At the same time they cause running costs and risks. For each feature we decide whether AI is needed, which model fits and how cost, data protection and reliability are controlled in operation.
Conversational features on your own data — with guardrails and traceable sources.
Automatically read, classify and turn documents, emails and forms into data.
Recommendations and prioritisation based on usage behaviour.
Predict demand, risks or utilisation where data exists.
We work in short, visible steps: clickable prototypes before code, weekly results, early tests with real users. The MVP is built so that architecture, data model and operation allow further development into a product — without a rebuild.
We rely on proven, openly accessible technologies and avoid dependencies that prevent a later switch. Data protection and security are part of the scope, not of version two: roles and permissions, encryption, data processing agreements, hosting in the EU. The source code belongs to you.
At the end of the MVP phase stands a decision based on usage data and feedback: develop further, adapt or discontinue. All three are good outcomes — because they are made early and cheaply. If development continues, we take on the build-out or hand over to your team in a structured way.
automate. innovate.
Speed is decisive for an MVP — but not at the expense of a foundation that later blocks everything. We build focused and clean at the same time.
The scope is tightly limited together; every feature must help test the core assumption.
Visible results every week, early user tests, short decision paths.
Architecture, data protection and operation are production-ready from the start.
process
Four steps from idea to decision.
Define problem, target group, core feature and success criteria; evaluate AI features.
Clickable prototype, tests with users, sharpening of the scope.
Iterative development with weekly reviews; operation and monitoring are built alongside.
Introduction to first users, evaluation of KPIs, decision on the way forward.
