Our mission statement

Company profile

Sellium GmbH is a 360° AI agency founded in 2025 and based in Chemnitz. As an innovative provider of artificial intelligence services we follow an “AI First” approach and support companies in expanding and rebuilding their business models and value chains. Our portfolio comprises AI consulting, AI integration and AI training.

As a training provider we complement our consulting and integration offering with state-funded further training in artificial intelligence. We combine technological expertise with practical knowledge transfer for the world of work of tomorrow.

Our mission

Automate. Innovate.

Artificial intelligence has to be made easily understandable and accessible for companies. That is what we work on with an interdisciplinary team of computer scientists, engineers and project managers. We enable specialists and employees to use AI technologies safely and competently in their daily work and thereby strengthen their competitiveness for the long term.

Our clients

Our offering is aimed at companies that want a targeted, externally guided entry into artificial intelligence. We place value on integrating into existing tool landscapes and substantially optimising existing business models. We achieve this with an approach that goes beyond GDPR compliance to data sovereignty.

We offer a 360° all-round approach of AI consulting, AI integration and AI education.

Our educational offerings are aimed at:

  • Trainers and specialists in regional small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
  • Specialists and employees from the automotive, mechanical engineering and electronics industries
  • Self-employed people and private-sector training experts
  • Female specialists, who are still under-represented in technical training
  • Qualified job seekers and unemployed people from the aforementioned industries

Employees of public institutions are not part of our target group. Admission requirements are basic digital skills and a place of residence or work in the addressed target regions.

Orientation towards the training and labour market

Our central goal is to strengthen the employability of our participants through future-oriented AI skills. We actively contribute to:

  • Securing the competitiveness of regional SMEs through qualified employees
  • Enabling specialists for digital transformation and the use of AI technologies
  • Integrating job seekers and unemployed specialists into the labour market
  • Supporting professional integration and job security through practical qualification
  • Meeting the requirements of the EU AI Act (Article 4: AI literacy obligation) for companies

Customer orientation

We place the expectations and needs of our customers at the centre of what we do:

  • Participants: practical, understandable knowledge transfer with a direct link to daily work; questions to the AI mentor possible at any time, 24/7
  • Companies/employers: qualified employees with applicable AI skills
  • Funding bodies: transparent, quality-assured measures with measurable results

Through regular surveys at the end of training, a six-month follow-up survey to verify the labour-market outcome for participants and companies, and systematic complaint management, we ensure that customer expectations are captured and integrated into a continuous improvement process.

Our understanding of quality

  • Privacy first: For us, data protection and digital sovereignty are not a compliance topic but a lived quality feature – GDPR and the EU AI Act are self-evident minimum standards.
  • Practical relevance: Our solutions – whether consulting, integration or training – are consistently aligned with real business life.
  • Currency: We continuously adapt content, methods and technologies to current developments.
  • Relevance: Industry-specific requirements and use cases are the starting point of our work.
  • Transparency: Open communication with customers, partners and funding bodies.
