Goal: a sound understanding to classify and evaluate AI technologies confidently.

Prompting & GenAI – speak AI, and it understands you

Participants learn how to communicate precisely with language and image AI. The course covers prompt engineering, zero-shot and few-shot techniques, structuring inputs, chain-of-thought approaches and creative workflows with ChatGPT, Midjourney & co. Plus: creating prompts for text, code, image and video. Goal: steer AI models effectively and purposefully to produce high-quality results.

AI agents – when AI not only thinks but acts

This course introduces the world of agentic AI – systems that think, act and learn independently. Content: agent architectures (ReAct, AutoGPT, CrewAI, LangChain Agents), planning and task coordination, tool use, decision logic, safety mechanisms and hands-on building of your own AI assistants. Goal: understand and build autonomous systems that carry out tasks independently and interact with other systems.

Data & BI – more time for what matters

This module is about data-driven decision-making. Participants learn how data is collected, cleaned, visualised and analysed with AI. Content: ETL processes, data models, dashboards, predictive analytics, KPI design, integrating AI into BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Looker, Tableau). Goal: understand data, recognise patterns and turn information into actionable insights.

RPA – automate what holds you back

This course shows how recurring business processes are automated with bots and AI. Content: RPA fundamentals, workflow design, integration with AI models, tools such as UiPath, Make.com and n8n, best practices and compliance. Goal: increase efficiency, reduce human error and implement hybrid automation solutions in which AI and RPA work hand in hand.

Operating AI solutions – from idea to productive AI

The focus is on building, deploying and managing productive AI systems. Topics: AI infrastructure (cloud & on-prem), MLOps, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), monitoring, data and access management, scalability and governance.
